Eve White: Literary Agent

Nickelodeon US have gone into development on a proposed animated TV series based on the Mr Gum books. Author, Andy Stanton, will co-write with Andy Bobrow (who also writes the well known Malcolm in the Middle series). Read The Bookseller report.

They plan to have a pilot episode made by the end of this year.

'If this comes off' said Andy in a Time Out interview (Jan 30 2008), 'I'm actually going to be doing everything I ever wanted to do - to steer my own cartoon series. It's mad.'
