Richard Madeley surprised Ruth Saberton yet again when he arrived at BBC Spotlight to be interviewed on TV news about his love of her novel Katy Carter Wants a Hero...
...Richard read the novel in manuscript form to Judy as they relaxed by the pool. They enjoyed it so much that Richard paid Ruth a visit the next day and told her that he would do anything he could to help her to get it published. Watch this programme (go to half way through).
