...Michael Rosen and The Book Trust to promote laughter and humour as a feel-good factor when reading. 

Felicity Dahl, the author's widow, said, 'Roald would have been absolutely thrilled to have this prize named in his honour.'

Mr Gum and the Dancing Bear came out last week and is the fifth in Andy's Mr Gum series and is now published in twenty countries.
