 You're a Bad Man, Mr Gum! was voted the best children's fiction book of 2006 in the Red House Book Awards: the only major award decided by the readers. 165,000 children in reading groups across the UK tested all the children's fiction published last year. The award was presented at The Hay Festival today. Congratulations Andy Stanton! |
