Mr Gum and the Dancing Bear by Andy Stanton has been longlisted for the WHSMITH CHILDREN'S BOOK OF THE YEAR AWARD (7+ category) at this year's Nibbies/Galaxy British Book Awards. Vote online ... 

 There are four books in each category. 

There will be two rounds of voting:  Round One (from 19th January to 20th February) will decide the 

winners from each of the five categories to create the shortlist. Vote now.

Round Two (from 9th March to 27th March) will choose the winner from the final shortlisted titles.

The book will now be a part of the longlist sales promotion which will run in-store at WHSmith from 29 January to 27 February. 

The winner of The Richard and Judy Galaxy Book Award CHILDREN'S BOOK OF THE YEAR will be announced at a ceremony at The Grosvenor Hotel on April 3rd.
