The Guardian Children's Fiction Prize judges have picked Andy Stanton's Mr Gum and the Biscuit Billionaire for its shortlist of four books. The winner will be announced in an awards ceremony at The Guardian offices in London on 5th October. In her review in today's Guardian, Julia Eccleshare said, 'Stanton's robust humour maintains its pace throughout the book - keeping readers entertained till the last.'
