Ciaran Murtagh is a writer and actor. He is the co-creator of the hit improvised comedy show for kids Professor Bumm's Story Machine and has enjoyed sell-out runs in London's West End, at the Edinburgh Festival and across the UK. He has appeared in two series of CBBC's The Slammer and is also a writer on the show. Most recently he has been scripting TV shows for Dick and Dom of Da Bungalow fame and TFI's Sam and Mark. He lives in London with his girlfriend and his blanky and has a lovely daughter called Eleanor. He is an unapologetic fan of the music of a-ha and still sucks his thumb.
