Jill Marshall

Jill Marshall is the author of several children’s books, including the Jane Blonde series, Doghead, and Kave-Tina Rox, and also writes books for women like her (slightly mad, wondering how they got to be in this state ...) Jill studied history at Cambridge, then for some unknown reason took up a career in Human Resources and Training. In 2000 she gave it all up to start writing seriously, and has never regretted it. She divides her time between Auckland, New Zealand, and the UK, and tows her daughter and dog around after her.

In her spare time, Jill likes dancing, acting and singing, and does them all regularly but with no discernible skill. If she does have a special talent, it has to be her parallel parking, which has been known to draw applause from by-standers ...
