James LawlessABOUT JAMES LAWLESS James was born in Dublin and is now living in Kildare. Having spent some years teaching, he now writes full time. He has completed a novel entitled, The Avenue and has had short stories published in The New Writer and the Fish Anthology. He's had poems published in Ragged Raven Press and Boho Press, and in 2002 won the Scintilla Welsh open poetry competitioin. In 2005 he won the Cecil Day Lewis award for a play entitled, What are neighbours for?
